Have sales activities in accordance with the national retail price maintenance of ZOENINA. Raising prices or offering discount arbitrarily is prohibited.
ZOENINA menswear brand products are exclusive in the franchise shops (except boutiques and European goods stores).
Sales of ZOENINAmenswear brand products outside the franchised area are prohibited.
Keep the business secret of ZOENINA. Disclosure of any ZOENINA related information to third parties without permission is prohibited.
The applicant consults the marketing policies of the company, then both parties exchange ideas.
The applicant fills out the "Joining Application Form", selects shop locations, and send relevant data and information to the company by fax.
The company sends the commissioner to investigate and assess the strength of the applicant and make a comprehensive assessment. The marketing center of the company confirms whether the cooperation can go on.
The two parties sign the "ZOENINA Franchise Agreement". The applicant pays the down-payment and cash deposit for the brand.
The customer provides floor plan and photographs of the shop. Then the company make renovation program and make planning for all the opening matters.
